Aranceto10 is a single unit on two floors, each with bedroom, lounge and bathroom as well as a terrace for outside dining. The main kitchen is on the ground floor. 

There are two double beds, one on each floor, and one bed settee on the upper floor making it suitable for a family or group of 4-6 people or individuals travelling together but wanting their own privacy.  The house is around 100 sq.m in total plus a large terrace of around 12 square metres on the ground floor and a smaller terrace of around 8 square metres on the first floor.

It is perfect for a short holiday or a longer work stay.
